Daniel Baxter, a 22-year-old from Indianapolis, Indiana, tragically lost his life on October 8, 2020. He was fatally shot while sitting at a stoplight at the intersection of East 30th Street and North Keystone Avenue. The incident occurred in the evening when Baxter's car was approached by a black Dodge Charger. Keith Cole, the man later identified as the shooter, exited the Charger and fired five shots at Baxter before fleeing the scene.
