Deanna Sibley, a 44-year-old woman from Indianapolis, Indiana, tragically lost her life on October 31, 2020. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning, around 3:45 a.m., near 46th Street and Arlington Avenue. Deanna was found with multiple gunshot wounds and was pronounced dead at the scene.
