Secoya Williams, a 25-year-old woman from Indianapolis, was tragically killed in a shooting on February 25, 2022. The incident occurred outside Club Kalakutah on the northwest side of Indianapolis, where Williams was attending a musical performance to support a childhood friend. The club, located in the Lafayette Square area, had been a hotspot for trouble, with police responding to reports of gunfire there multiple times before Williams' death.
