In the winter of 2021, a horrifying act of violence shattered a family and a community in Indianapolis. On January 24th, 18-year-old Elijah Darrel Childs was tragically killed inside his family's home. Remembered as a protector with a big personality and smile, Elijah had dreams of being the best father he could be and was dedicated to his music.
