Karen Melissa Galvez-Hernandez, a 24-year-old woman from Indianapolis, Indiana, was found dead on January 30, 2021. The Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department (IMPD) responded to a welfare check at her residence on Mimosa Lane, where they discovered her body with apparent trauma. The Marion County Coroner's Office later confirmed that she had died from multiple gunshot wounds.
