Chanel Neal, a 28-year-old resident of South Bend, Indiana, tragically lost her life on March 16, 2021. She was the victim of a drive-by shooting that occurred at the intersection of Jefferson Boulevard and Eddy Street. On that fateful evening, police responded to reports of a shooting and found a vehicle that had collided with a tree.
