On the evening of March 16, 2021, 28-year-old Chanel Neal was driving in South Bend, Indiana, when her life was tragically cut short. At approximately 8:50 p.m., as she was preparing to make a turn at the intersection of Jefferson Boulevard and Eddy Street, another vehicle pulled alongside hers and shots were fired.
