Death by Force

William Phillips Jr., a 57-year-old resident of Indianapolis, Indiana, was found dead on April 30, 2021, on the city's northwest side. The Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department (IMPD) responded to a call around 3 p.m. and discovered Phillips with trauma at the scene.
