Laura Natalya Rodriguez, a 19-year-old Hispanic woman from Houston, Texas, tragically died on December 22, 2020. She was a senior at Syracuse University and had returned home due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Laura was known for her unique, spontaneous, and outspoken personality.
