Day'Shawn Gregory Macell Bills, a 12-year-old boy from Indianapolis, tragically lost his life on May 20, 2021. Day'Shawn was shot in the head by a bullet that was fired into his grandparents' home. He succumbed to his injuries at Riley Children's Hospital. This heartbreaking incident has left his family and community in deep mourning. Day'Shawn was remembered for his love of family, his enjoyment of video games like Fortnite, and his fondness for going to the car wash with his uncle.
