Eric J. Buchanan, known as "Lil Man," passed away at the age of 41 on July 18, 2021, in Indianapolis, Indiana. Buchanan was shot on June 4, 2021, on the north side of Indianapolis. The incident occurred around 5:10 p.m. in the 3100 block of Brouse Avenue. Officers from the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department (IMPD) responded to the scene and found Buchanan suffering from gunshot wounds.
