In the dark hours of July 12, 2025, 12-year-old Israel “Izzy” Offett, a boy from Indianapolis, was found alongside his 24-year-old brother, Wayland Coe, shot inside a car in a parking area off the 5100 block of West 38th Street near Lafayette Road.
