Death by Force

Keleante Brewer, a 15-year-old from Indianapolis, Indiana, was tragically shot and killed on June 15, 2021. The incident occurred on the northeast side of the city, in the 9800 block of Ellis Drive, just before sunset. According to the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department (IMPD), Keleante was walking to play basketball when he was shot multiple times. He was found in the street by IMPD officers and was rushed to a nearby hospital, where he later succumbed to his injuries.
