On a summer morning in Indianapolis, the life of a young man was tragically cut short. Panteley Nikolov, a 24-year-old male, was found shot to death on Saturday, June 26, 2021. The Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department responded to a call for a death investigation in the 3200 block of North Capitol Avenue just after 8:30 a.m. and discovered Nikolov with apparent gunshot wounds.
