Death by Force

Robert Lopez, a 33-year-old resident of Indianapolis, Indiana, was found dead on June 29, 2021. On that day, officers responded to a call in the 3300 block of Schofield Avenue for a death investigation. Upon arrival, they discovered Lopez with injuries consistent with trauma. Medics pronounced him dead at the scene. An autopsy conducted by the Marion County Coroner's Office later determined that Lopez had died from a gunshot wound, and his death was officially ruled a homicide.
