Laura Gentry, a 44-year-old woman from Indianapolis, Indiana, tragically died on July 19, 2021, after suffering severe injuries from a brutal attack. On July 9, 2021, Indianapolis Metropolitan Police officers responded to a report of a shooting in the 1100 block of Medford Avenue.
