David Woodard, a 40-year-old resident of Indianapolis, Indiana, tragically lost his life on July 24, 2021, due to a fatal shooting. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning on the near east side of Indianapolis. When officers arrived at the scene, they found Woodard deceased, along with two other individuals who had sustained injuries.
