Kenneth Harper, a 63-year-old resident of Indianapolis, Indiana, tragically lost his life on August 9, 2021. Harper was found dead with a gunshot wound on the east side of Indianapolis, specifically along 2800 Brookside Avenue. The incident occurred just before 6:30 p.m. on that Monday evening. The Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department (IMPD) responded to the scene following reports of a person shot.
