In the winter of 2021, a burst of gunfire shattered the evening quiet in an Indianapolis neighborhood, leaving a wake of sorrow and unanswered questions. On December 28th, 17-year-old Jaivin Hoskin was tragically killed in a triple shooting on the city's north side. The incident, which unfolded around 9:30 p.m. in the 7200 block of Rue De Margot Drive, also claimed the life of 22-year-old George Qualls III and left a third individual in critical condition.
