On a late summer day in August 2021, 38-year-old Brandon Michael Lowe's life was tragically cut short in his Elkhart, Indiana apartment. Responding to a 911 call, police discovered Lowe deceased in the 400 block of North Michigan Street. The man who made the call, his 30-year-old roommate Dustin Joseph McKee, was promptly detained at the scene.
