Devon Raye Sullivan, a 13-year-old from Elkhart, Indiana, tragically passed away on December 23, 2016. Devon was at a friend's house when he suffered an accidental gunshot wound to the neck. Despite being rushed to the emergency department at Elkhart General Hospital, he could not be saved. Devon was known for his athletic prowess and academic talents, making a significant impact on his community and school as a student at West Side Middle School.
