Douglas “Todd” Fulkerson, a 29-year-old resident of Evansville, Indiana, tragically lost his life on September 14, 2021. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning, around 2:30 a.m., when police responded to reports of a shooting in the 1200 block of Marshall Avenue. Upon arrival, officers found Fulkerson with a gunshot wound, and he was pronounced dead at the scene.
