A former student at Central High School, Logan was known for his athletic abilities, enjoying skateboarding, football, and basketball. On the evening of Sunday, October 26, 2014, Logan was at an apartment on the city's north side with an 18-year-old friend.
It was in this apartment that Logan sustained a gunshot wound to the head. He was rushed to Deaconess Hospital, but sadly, he passed away from his injuries the following day, Monday, October 27, 2014. In his final act, Logan gave the gift of life to others through organ donation.
