On the last Thursday of 2021, a violent encounter in Indianapolis resulted in the deaths of two men, one of whom was Aushette Lorenzo Session Thompson, a 28-year-old male. The shooting, which occurred on December 30, 2021, also claimed the life of Damion Cornelius.
