On the evening of April 18, 2022, the life of 28-year-old Civon Dominique Lee Green was cut short in South Bend, Indiana. The incident unfolded around 8:30 p.m. when residents in the 1300 block of 27th Street reported hearing gunshots. Witnesses observed a silver car, driven by Green, being pursued by a red SUV. The chase continued toward Northside Boulevard, where another gunshot was heard near Nuner Elementary School.
