In the early morning hours of May 28, 2016, violence shattered the peace in a South Bend, Indiana neighborhood, leaving a family grieving and a community searching for answers. Terrell Eugene Poindexter, a 33-year-old male, was discovered suffering from at least one gunshot wound in the 500 block of East Broadway Street.
