In the early morning hours of a Tuesday in May 2022, the life of Aaron Jackson Jr. came to a tragic end in Indianapolis. The 35-year-old man was discovered inside a car in the 2500 block of North Sherman Drive, suffering from what authorities would later confirm were fatal gunshot wounds. Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department officers responded to a report of shots fired in the area just before 2 a.m. and found Mr. Jackson at the scene. He was pronounced dead shortly thereafter.
