Johnnie Lee Johnson, a 53-year-old resident of South Bend, Indiana, tragically lost his life on May 12, 2022. The incident occurred on Huey Street, where police responded to reports of a shooting at approximately 8:20 p.m. Upon arrival, officers and medics found Johnson with a gunshot wound to the chest. Despite their efforts, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
