Patrolman Clyde H. Morgan of the Roanoke City Police Department was tragically killed in the line of duty on July 1, 1925. The incident occurred during a liquor raid at a house located at Shenandoah Avenue and 22nd Street, NW, in Roanoke, Virginia.
