Tara Rose Munsey, a 16-year-old high school sophomore from Radford, Virginia, was tragically murdered on January 25, 2000. Tara was last seen leaving her part-time job at Taco Bell in Fairlawn around 7:30 PM. She was supposed to meet her father and brother to watch a basketball game, but when her father found her car still parked at the restaurant around 8 PM, he became concerned.
