Blanca Turcios, a 53-year-old resident of Herndon, Virginia, tragically lost her life on February 22, 2020. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning, around 3 a.m., when Fairfax County police responded to reports of a disturbance at a residence on Lady Fairfax Circle.
