Blanca Turcios, a 53-year-old resident of Herndon, Virginia, tragically lost her life on February 22, 2020. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning, around 3 a.m., when Fairfax County police responded to reports of a disturbance at a residence on Lady Fairfax Circle. Upon arrival, officers discovered Blanca Turcios with multiple gunshot wounds to her upper body. Despite the efforts of rescue personnel, she was pronounced dead at the scene.
