In the early hours of the morning, at approximately 3:15 a.m., Logan and her friend, 25-year-old Alex Rydell Arrington Jr., were discovered inside a vehicle at the intersection of First and rear Street. Both had sustained gunshot wounds. They were quickly transported to a nearby hospital, but unfortunately, both succumbed to their injuries, casting a somber shadow over the start of the new year. The incident was classified as a double homicide, prompting an immediate and intensive investigation by the Richmond Police Department.
