On New Year's Day in 2011, a tragic event unfolded in Richmond, Virginia, resulting in the death of 25-year-old Coraliss Avanita Logan. In the early hours of the morning, at approximately 3:15 a.m., Logan and her friend, 25-year-old Alex Rydell Arrington Jr., were discovered inside a vehicle at the intersection of First and rear Street.
