On a tragic evening in May, the life of 51-year-old Jeffrey Alan Summers was cut short in a violent home invasion in Newport News, Virginia. On Monday, May 16, 2011, three masked individuals armed with long guns forced their way into Summers' residence on South Menchville Road.
