Devoris Thomas Dickerson, a 25-year-old resident of Newport News, Virginia, tragically lost his life on October 30, 2012. Devoris, affectionately known as "VoVo," was a graduate of Heritage High School and was remembered fondly by his family and friends. He left behind his daughter, Taioma Jackson, his son, Ny'-Jae Dickerson, his father, Thomas Dickerson, his mother, Gail Melvin, and his sister, Evany Dickerson.
