In the early hours of a Tuesday morning in Newport News, Virginia, a tragic event unfolded that would cut short the life of Alvin Eugene Holiday. On August 8, 2023, police were called to a residence on Stallings Court around 12:55 a.m. following reports of gunfire. Inside the home, officers discovered a grim scene: three men, including 61-year-old Alvin Eugene Holiday, had been shot and were pronounced deceased at the scene.
