Delvon Depree Freeman, aged 37, tragically passed away on July 4, 2019, in Newport News, Virginia. Freeman's death was the result of a shooting incident that occurred on the same day. According to reports, Freeman was involved in an altercation with another individual in the 600 block of 36th Street.
