In the spring of 2022, the life of RayShean Rondell Clary, a 27-year-old male, was tragically cut short in Newport News, Virginia. On the evening of Monday, May 2, 2022, gun violence erupted, and Clary became its victim. First responders and law enforcement arrived at the scene to find him suffering from gunshot wounds. Despite the efforts of medical personnel, he succumbed to his injuries.
