In the early morning hours of January 19, 2013, a dispute outside a Hampton, Virginia lodge tragically escalated, ending the life of 30-year-old Joseph Lee McQueen. The male victim was with another man, 24-year-old Clifton Kareem Christian of Norfolk, when an argument broke out in the parking lot of the White Oaks Lodge on Kecoughtan Road.
