Clifton Kareem Christian, a 24-year-old resident of Norfolk, Virginia, tragically lost his life on January 19, 2013. He was one of two men shot and killed outside the White Oaks Lodge, a bar located in the 3500 block of Kecoughtan Road in Hampton, Virginia.
