Walter M. Hester Jr., aged 50, tragically died on March 14, 2013, in Chesterfield, Virginia. The incident was a devastating case of domestic violence that culminated in a murder-suicide. According to reports, Chesterfield Police discovered the bodies of Walter and his wife, Clara M. Hester, aged 46, in their burning home late that Thursday night. The investigation revealed that Walter Hester shot his wife before setting multiple fires in their house and then turning the gun on himself.
