Charlie Moses Woodbury, a 27-year-old resident of Hampton, Virginia, tragically lost his life on May 5, 2013. The incident occurred outside Jack’s Restaurant on East Pembroke Avenue. According to reports, police responded to the scene around 2:00 a.m. and found Woodbury suffering from a gunshot wound to the upper torso.
