Douglas Allen Witt, aged 53, passed away unexpectedly on August 20, 2013, in Castlewood, Russell County, Virginia. Born on February 23, 1960, Doug was a lifelong resident of the Belfast community and spent much of his adult life in the Abingdon area. He was the son of Clarence Edward and Sarah Katherine Witt.
