In the fall of 2013, the life of 25-year-old William Alexander 'Alex' Apps was tragically cut short in what police described as a planned and senseless act of violence. Apps, a College of Charleston student, had placed an advertisement on Craigslist to sell his pickup truck, a decision that would ultimately lead to his death.
