Jontaz Tarell Moore, a 21-year-old resident of Chesapeake, Virginia, tragically lost his life on October 16, 2013, in Norfolk. The incident occurred during an attempted robbery on Beacon Hill Circle and Halter Lane in the Poplar Halls neighborhood.
