In the quiet setting of Mountain Run Lake Park in Culpeper, Virginia, a grim discovery was made on the afternoon of February 19, 2015. The bodies of 30-year-old Johnny Bynum, a White male, and 21-year-old Amber Lynn Martin were found inside a vehicle.
