On September 25, 2024, at approximately 3:34 a.m., officers from the Culpeper Police Department responded to a reported shooting in the 1000 block of Virginia Avenue in Culpeper, Virginia. Upon arrival, they discovered 25-year-old Noah C. Campbell, a resident of Boston, Virginia, suffering from life-threatening gunshot wounds. Emergency medical services transported Campbell to UVA Health Culpeper Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead.
