In the early hours of September 25, 2024, the life of 25-year-old Noah C. Campbell of Boston, VA, was tragically cut short. At approximately 3:34 AM, officers from the Culpeper Police Department responded to a report of a shooting in the 1000-block of Virginia Avenue. Upon arrival, they found Noah Campbell with life-threatening injuries. Emergency medical services were dispatched to the scene and transported him to UVA Health Culpeper Medical Center, where he ultimately succumbed to his injuries
