In the early morning hours of October 9, 2016, the life of Joe Cannon 'Jody' Pullen, a 37-year-old white male, was tragically cut short in Culpeper, Virginia. Pullen was found shot to death in the Jeffries Alley area of the town, a violent end to a life that had been rooted in the community.
