Santos Rafael Zelaya, a 64-year-old resident of Alexandria, Virginia, tragically lost his life on March 26, 2015. Zelaya was found suffering from multiple gunshot wounds at his home on North King's Highway. Despite being flown to a hospital by helicopter, he succumbed to his injuries.
