On June 29, 2024, at approximately 4 p.m., a tragic incident occurred at the Onelife Fitness gym located at 305 Hooff's Run Drive in Alexandria, Virginia. Joshua Wilcox, a 29-year-old man from Maryland, was fatally shot inside the gym. The shooting took place in the presence of about 60 other gym patrons.

The suspect in this case was identified as Charles Hewitt, a 30-year-old man from Washington, D.C.. After shooting Wilcox, Hewitt turned the gun on himself. Both men were rushed to the ...Read More
