Death by Force

On October 19, 2024, at approximately 7:51 p.m., Alexandria Police Department officers responded to reports of gunfire and a man down in the 800 block of Manor Road, Alexandria, Virginia. Upon arrival, they discovered that 23-year-old Carl Harris had been transported to Inova Alexandria Hospital, where he was pronounced dead from apparent gunshot wounds.
