Ronald Worthy Jr., a 19-year-old from Alexandria, Virginia, was found dead on July 27, 2021, in an apartment located in the 3100 block of Southgate Drive in Fairfax County. His body was discovered by a family member, later identified as his grandmother, who found him with apparent gunshot wounds to the upper body. Fairfax County police responded to the scene around 7:12 p.m. and pronounced him dead upon arrival.
